熱氣泡噴墨技術
目前,隨機式噴墨技術主要有微壓電式和熱氣泡式兩大類:
隨機式噴墨係統中墨水隻在打印需要時才噴射,所以又稱為按需式。
這樣,墨滴液麵得到了精確控製,每次噴出的墨滴都有完美的外形和準確的飛行方向。
微壓電技術
噴墨打印機一般多采用熱氣泡噴墨技術,通過墨水在短時間內的加熱、膨脹、壓縮,將墨水噴射到打印紙上形成墨點,增加墨滴色彩的不亂性,實現高速度、高質量打印。但是,這種噴墨打印機的結構與隨機式比擬,比較複雜:對墨水需要加壓裝置,終端要有回收裝置回收不介入紀錄的。
微壓電式噴墨係統在裝有墨水的噴頭上設置換能器,換能器受打印信號的控製,從而控製墨水的噴射。對晶體施加電流,就會使它向內****。對(dui)墨(mo)滴(di)控(kong)製(zhi)能(neng)力(li)較(jiao)強(qiang),還(hai)將(jiang)色(se)點(dian)縮(suo)小(xiao)很(hen)多(duo),產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)墨(mo)點(dian)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)慧(hui)尾(wei),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)打(da)印(yin)的(de)圖(tu)像(xiang)更(geng)清(qing)楚(chu)。熱(re)泡(pao)式(shi)噴(pen)墨(mo)打(da)印(yin)機(ji)需(xu)要(yao)在(zai)每(mei)個(ge)墨(mo)盒(he)中(zhong)安(an)裝(zhuang)噴(pen)墨(mo)嘴(zui):這樣會增加墨盒的本錢。

隨機式噴墨技術

噴墨打印機的工作原理
